Meet the tenant: Apex Connected

In the first of our ‘meet the tenant’ series, we caught up with Richard Lamb, Sales Director at Apex Connected, to tell us more about life at 11 Waterloo Place…

Tell us more about your business…

We are a managed print supplier and supply organisations in sectors ranging from education, commercial and charities with printers, copiers, and scanners. We also offer a fully-maintained service agreement, along with several print management software to actively help a company reduce paper usage.

How would your clients describe your company?

A customer-focused, fast-responding and professional company to deal with. We are always there to help!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The days I enjoy the most are when I am out on the road meeting all of our customers. Apex is a service-orientated business and it is our exceptional service levels that make us stand out, so seeing customers on regular basis and hearing their feedback is vital.

What was the reason behind your office move?

We started a satellite branch in Leamington in August 2021, but due to our early success and growing team we needed somewhere with more space.

Why did you choose 11 Waterloo Place?

I first looked at 11 Waterloo Place when it was under construction and thought it might be a good place for us. When I looked again after it was completed, I was so impressed with the finish and all the facilities on offer, plus the location is superb.

What are your three favourite things about 11 Waterloo Place?

Location, level of service from Wigley group staff and the coffee in reception – it’s a great way to start the day and meet our neighbours.

How would you spend an afternoon in Leamington town centre?

Probably a pub with a cold pint!
