In the second instalment of our ‘meet the tenant’ series, we caught up with Stuart Cope, Co-Founder at Yellow Panther, to tell us more about life at 11 Waterloo Place…
Tell us more about your business…
Yellow Panther was formed in 2019, and we’re striving to become a household name in delivering memorable digital products that have wild creativity and boundless technology at their heart.
We have grown fast and are now 35 in size with our UK headquarters in Leamington Spa and India headquarters in Ahmedabad.
We’ve worked with some of the world’s biggest brands from Nike, Sony, Rajasthan Royals and Universal Tennis creating websites, mobile apps, e-commerce stores and mobile games.
How would your clients describe your company?
We want our clients to see Yellow Panther as part of their family, and we challenge our clients to think differently. We’re big into research and development and take a data and design led approach to bring in best practices from other industries.
We always critique every project we deliver and ask for feedback to improve our performance.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Seeing the potential of our employees come to life! The development of our employees is why we have grown so fast and without their work rate, kindness and ability to deliver to a high standard, our business would be nothing.
What was the reason behind your office move?
We needed a larger space that we could grow into, and 11 Waterloo Place has provided us a space where this is possible. We asked our team what they would like from an office space and 11 Waterloo Place provided everything they required – it was a no-brainer to move!
Why did you choose 11 Waterloo Place?
The team wanted a space that was central to Leamington Spa so that we could easily access the amazing cafes, shops and parks within five minutes. A few members of staff travel by train and car, and the office is an eight-minute walk from the station and provides us with parking too.
The team also wanted a peaceful location without distractions and 11 Waterloo Place provides this in abundance!
What are your three favourite things about 11 Waterloo Place?
The building and its interior is simply stunning! Leamington Spa is renowned for it’s regency style buildings and 11 Waterloo Place has been beautifully developed, keeping many of the existing features.
The Wigley team are friendly, attentive and quick to get back to us with any queries, we really do appreciate their support!
Whenever clients come to visit us, they are impressed with the space which is important to us.
How would you spend an afternoon in Leamington town centre?
The team love the local independent cafes and shops. Trof is a favourite with the best breakfast in town. We often go for staff drinks in the White Horse, three of the team are signed up to Core Gym and we also enjoy walking our Chief Happiness Officer (Rose the Beagle) through Jephson Gardens, the pump rooms and Victoria Park.
